Visibility. Get Found Online.

Today, consumers access information online to make purchasing decisions from a growing and virtually endless list of digital sources throughout their buying journey. Are you even an option? If prospects and buyers don’t find you when they’re looking they are going to a competitor. Today, consumers buying cycles intersect online sources like search engines, review sites, directories, and content multiple times throughout their buying journey. Every business and organization is affected by their web presence.

Visibility is the first building block to success. Technology has made it possible for people to conveniently access relevant information to help them make better-informed purchasing decisions. Information and multi-media content are available on websites, search engines, directories, social media, mobile applications, videos, reviews, text messages, E-mail, and online advertising.

Determining how your target audience moves through their buying process, acquiring information about your product and services is vital to understanding where you should focus your visibility efforts.  Now is the time to understand how your online visibility is affecting your business. In most cases, within 48 hours, our consultants can show you how your web presence is affecting how people find you online, engage with you, and convert to new customers or patients. If you are underperforming in this area, we’ll show you how to increase your visibility for the lowest cost possible. Can you afford not to know?

Engagement. Get Chosen.

Will you be chosen? Engagement is the second building block to success. Giving customers what they want quickly and easily drives their engagement and interaction with your business. All along the buying journey your customers are asking themselves questions. How you answer those questions has a huge impact on whether they become your customer. Your brand needs to be communicated online and offline through clear messages that answer your buyer’s questions, and share your value proposition.

Focusing on your target audience’s needs, concerns, fears and options throughout their buying journey will help you build trust by showing that you understand and identify with them. Significantly more companies than last year are planning to increase investment in user-generated content (reviews). Third party reviews and former client testimonials help raise the level of trust and move prospects closer to conversion.

Are you effectively engaging with your target audience? Are they leaving your website quickly without contacting you? If you are underperforming in this area, we can show you how to strengthen you engagement and improve your conversions. Can you afford not to know? Find out now if your engagement strategy is affecting your ability to convert more web visitors into customers.

Conversion. Convert prospects to leads and customers.

Are prospects becoming customers? Business owners typically concentrate solely on increasing the number of website visitors they have. When often they have fairly simple problems with their website that, if solved, would have a huge impact on their conversion rate and their website's bottom line.

Determining your Unique Selling Point (USP) sets you apart from your competition. Do you know your company’s USP? Almost all companies have at least one. But not all companies are aware of it, or effectively use it to help convert their audience into customers.

Your audience will visit multiple web sites looking for information about your product or service. Why would they decide to buy from you instead of someone else? Are you clearly communicating the benefits prospects will get by choosing you? If your conversion strategy is not working in harmony with your visibility and engagement efforts, you’re most likely losing business to your competition. Our team of consultants can help you to determine how to use your business’s Unique Selling Point(s) effectively throughout your audience’s buying journey to convert more customers.

Measurement. Analyze data to optimize results.

Do you confidently know how to invest your marketing dollars to generate a return for your business? You can’t invest your marketing dollars wisely unless you know understand how your marketing is working. Ideally, the financial returns from all forms of media would be precisely calculated. The reality is that there are multiple, and usually imperfect, ways to measure the impact of your marketing. Yet, you must have track the success of your marketing investments. Once you start learning how you are performing throughout your customer’s buying cycle, you can begin to improve your results.
